Join the Everybody Can Campaign by supporting Sickle Cell Disease. Here are some reasons to support the "Everybody Can Campaign" for Sickle Cell Disease.  Consult with your Doctor before trying any new regimens for your health.

Proceeds benefit Sickle Cell Survivors and their families, advocate for change of protocol policies in medical professionals, aid in education, educate the public, provide healthy food tips and literature guidelines for nutrition, and support research to help eradicate sickle cell disease through events and awareness campaigns. ​

1. We provide Alkaline Water and Cranberry-Beet Juice Vouchers.

​

a. The type is Alkaline 9.5 pH + Water Bottles. While alkaline water is not declared a health treatment source, drinking alkaline water may help blood flow more efficiently. This may help to increase oxygen delivery throughout out the body which are very helpful with Sickle Cell Survivors.

 

b. Cranberry-Beet Juice or Cranberry Juice (100%) may also help improve platelet function in red blood deformability. We suggest to combine cranberries and beets and mix as a juice. (Consult with your doctor before using any suggestive drinks.)

2. We give Scholarships for Graduating Seniors "Sickle Cell Teen Survivors" who are transitioning to Sickle       Cell Adult Survivors. If you are a graduating from high school contact to submit your application.                 Click Here.

a. Scholarships are granted for students graduating from high school entering into college, university, trade or higher learning institution beyond high school. By offering scholarships, it is an excellent contribution for Sickle Cell Teen Students to continue its education after graduation.

 

This gives an opportunity for teens to be part of society early in their adulthood. By offering scholarships it may also help ease some worries of facing financial support.

3. Hyperbaric Oxygen Chambers. Consult with your Doctor for all treatments and procedures.

​

a. This treatment has the ability to hydrate body cells and provide oxygen throughout the entire body, reduces inflammation and helps adequate blood flow.

 

b. This therapy must be authorized by the Sickle Cell Survivors Doctors' to use the Hyperbaric Oxygen Chambers.

4. Hot Springs, Arkansas.

​

a. Who doesn't want a Weekend Getaway. We provide weekend vacations to Hot Springs, Arkansas to enjoy the Natural Hot Springs throughout the year. Natural Hot Springs is great source for Sickle Cell Survivors.

b. It keeps their blood flowing at a higher natural heat. It is an excellent way to help sickle cells from clogging.

​

c. It adds value to helping the blood to flow easily through the bloodstream vessels.

​

d. Relaxing in the hot springs may help to ease chronic pain as a pain management resource.

5. Classes for Healthy Eating. Consult with your Nutritionist. 

​

a. We offer online classes to teach healthy eating.

 

b. We schedule a cooking class with a Nutritionist who teaches which foods are energy food and which choices of protein may be helpful for your body.

​

c. The classes are a way to provide education in maintaining a healthy eating regiment to help the red blood cells from sickling. It may not end the cycle of sickle cells from developing but it provides a choice of different healthy eating source which may increase hemoglobins.

6. Awareness Events.

a. We provide literature about Sickle Cell Anemia. It is resources needed to education the public as well as medical professionals about sickle cell anemia disease.

 

b. We advocate for policy and protocols change in the medical professionals which may give Sickle Cell Survivors immediate health-care attention as critical level one care verses long suffering for hours in the Emergency Room.​​​
